Great location, easy parking, quick room service, excellent food, thoughtful birthday surprise.

We had a fantastic New Year's stay at a hotel near Heathrow Airport. the pool was amazing, although we didn't get a chance to use it, and the check, in and check, out process was smooth. Plus, the free Wi, Fi was a great bonus!

There were a few downsides to our stay. the room was a bit dark and the desk lighting was inadequate for working.

We were impressed with the prime location of this hotel, which is perfect for travelers who are flying in and out of the airport. The excellent customer service at the reception desk and in-room service made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel has a variety of amenities, such as a fitness studio, sauna, and indoor swimming pool, that cater to the diverse needs of guests. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in rooms and the various dining options available, including the bar and dining restaurant.

I had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Sheraton. The room was cozy and had a wonderful soundproof feature, allowing me to have a peaceful night's sleep. The bed, with its lovely duvet and pillows, was incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed the great breakfast served at the hotel. The American Bar added to the overall warm and friendly atmosphere. And of course, the highlight was the tropical swimming pool area with its cocktail bar. It was a perfect spot to relax and unwind. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its comfort and proximity to the airport!

The bedroom and en-suite were excellently decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff at reception were kind, courteous, and helpful. I had a great overnight stay and felt well-rested before my flight.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, with spacious bathrooms and powerful showers. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring that your stay is as enjoyable as possible.

It's worth noting that the hotel can get busy during events such as weddings, which may affect the availability of certain facilities.

Speaking of convenience, the 24-hour room service was an added bonus, as we could order delicious meals at any time we wanted. The staff here were exceptional, providing excellent customer service at the reception desk and catering to our every need. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and restful sleep, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of traveling. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly enjoyable.
